 Choosing your new address means more today than just renting an apartment.  We provide not only a place to live, but a way to live, with luxuries that combine technology, amenities and personalized services - which add up to make more convenient living for our residents. 

Becoming a Bexley Village Resident is easier than you might think.  All you must do is fill out our application and fax,email,regular mail or simply bring it into our office.  We can then help you reserve your new address.  Currently there is no deposit and/or application fee so,  all that is required to reserve an address is a $79 administration fee!

Pet Policy

$300 non-refundable fee

$25 per month per pet

At this time Bexley Village only accepts one dog per apartment with a two pet maximum.  All dogs must be under 40lbs at full growth and are subject to breed restrictions.
