Bexley Village Apartment Homes

At Bexley Village there is no application fee or deposit.  The only requirement is that a $79 administrative fee is paid to reserve an apartment for you.  So, at the time you come to move-in you will only have to pay for any pro-rated rent that is due at that time.

All of our residents pay for water, electric and gas.  Residents must contact the electric and gas companies to establish service and Bexley Village will set up the water billing for them.

Yes, we are a pet friendly community!  Dogs must be under 40lbs and breed restrictions do apply.  Residents may have only one dog in the apartment with a maximum of two pets.  Additional monthly fees and/or other fees may be required.

We offer a traditional 12 month lease or a 6 month lease with a additional premium.  After your initial lease term you gain the flexibility of going on a month-to-month lease or extending for the term that fits you.
